Todd & Andy McKee, The McKee Brothers, own and operate the Litch Hotel which is part of Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals. They both live in Wallowa County, near Enterprise and are available to be onsite quickly if a need arises.
The historic Litch Hotel is located on the corner of Main Street and River Street in Downtown Enterprise. Enterprise is generally quieter and slower paced than its more famous neighbor Joseph. Many guests that stay at the Litch Hotel have noted their appreciation for this feature of the location. Joseph is a short 10 minute drive away making it a convenient access point to the many outdoor adventures that our guests plan to enjoy during their visit to Wallowa County and the Eagle Caps.

The kitchen is well appointed. New appliances and new quartz countertops provide ample of food prep space. Appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker, blender and toaster help make the kitchen meet every guests needs. 16 spices and olive oil ensure your meals will be full of flavor. A large dining table by the front window along with 8 dining chairs allows for a comfortable dining experience using locally handmade plates, bowls and coffee cups. The kitchen opens into a living room space that provides a comfortable leather sofa and chairs facing a large HD flat screen smart TV.
☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆
Your just a short walk away from several eating establishments and just a short drive away from the Wallowa Lake and the many outdoor opportunities that the Eagle Caps offer. There is plenty of on street parking for guests in the block surrounding the Litch Hotel. In more than a year of operating the hotel, we haven’t had a guest complain about not being able to locate convenient parking.
There are several parking spaces in front of the Litch Hotel and plentiful free on-street parking adjacent to the building.
UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES
NOISE CONSIDERATIONS:
INTER-UNIT NOISE: Our building is over 110 years old and does not have the soundproofing found in more modern structures. You may hear noise from adjacent occupied units and should be mindful of the noise you make as well. We ask all guests to understand the sounds they may encounter from neighbors.
CONSTRUCTION NOISE: Please be aware that active construction is ongoing in the Litch Hotel building Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While most of our guests are out exploring during these hours, if you plan to remain in the unit during the day, please be prepared for potentially loud noise depending on the day’s activities.
PET-FRIENDLY UNIT NOTICE: Our unit welcomes guests with and without pets. While many visitors without pets have a great stay, we want to remind everyone that we cannot guarantee a completely dander-free environment. This may affect individuals with dog or cat allergies.
PET POLICIES FOR GUESTS WITH PETS:
NUMBER OF PETS: A maximum of 3 pets allowed per reservation. Notify us at booking or as soon as possible if there are any changes.
PET FEE: A non-refundable fee of $30 per night per pet is required, including for ESAs. This fee will be billed separately about a week before your visit.
BEHAVIOR AND ACCOMMODATIONS: Pets must be leashed in common areas, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and must not be left unattended in the unit.
CLEANUP: Owners must clean up after their pets; supplies are provided under the kitchen sink for indoor mishaps.
DAMAGE AND LIABILITY: Guests are financially responsible for any damage or incidents caused by their pets. Owners will not be held liable for injuries or damages.
CHECK-IN: Contactless after 4:00 PM. Early check-in options available:
COMPLIMENTARY: Call between 12:30 and 1:00 PM on your arrival day for potential early access.
GUARANTEED: Pre-arrange early check-in for $15/hour starting as early as 1:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT: Required by 11:00 AM; late check-out available at $15/hour.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited within the condo.
PARTIES: Require prior approval.
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
BEDS: Feature medium-firm memory foam mattresses.
SECURITY: A motion-activated video doorbell is installed.
EXTRA GUESTS: Please ensure that the number of guests in your group is accurately listed in your reservation. For groups larger than six, a charge of $25 per night applies for the 7th, and 8th guests. Notification is not required if the reservation already reflects more than six guests. However, failure to accurately report guest numbers in advance may result in being asked to vacate the premises early.
ROLLAWAY BED – LINENS:Linens for the rollaway beds are provided automatically only for reservations with more than six guests, at a rate of one set per additional guest. If your reservation includes fewer than seven guests but requires additional linens for the rollaway beds, please request them in advance. Note: rollaway beds are supplied unmade with a stack of all necessary linens.
