Who We Are
Todd and Andy McKee, the founders of Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals, began their journey in 2018 with a single condo in Enterprise, Oregon. Today, they proudly offer 22 vacation rentals across Wallowa County, each tastefully decorated and equipped with a full kitchen. With 12 ground-floor units welcoming pets, the McKee Brothers are committed to providing a warm and welcoming experience for all guests.
Growing up in a small town in Western Oregon with five sisters, Todd and Andy were instilled with strong family values, hard work, commitment, compassion, and civility. These principles guide their work today as they manage each property themselves. As Wallowa County residents, they take pride in personally assisting guests, ensuring that every stay is exceptional.
The brothers’ complementary skills make their partnership a success. Andy, with a natural talent for decorating and construction, has overseen and personally managed every aspect of the Litch and Eagle Cap Farms construction. He ensures that each unit is prepped and well-maintained. Meanwhile, Todd is dedicated to running the business side of Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals, focusing on guest communication, satisfaction, and cleanliness.

Our Team
Todd, the eldest of the McKee Brothers, grew up in a small town in Western Oregon and graduated from George Fox University. After a rewarding career in education—spanning roles as a teacher, principal, and CAO of a large educational company—he retired in 2019 and returned to Oregon to co-manage the vacation rental business he and his brother started in 2018. Todd’s career took him to Japan and Ethiopia, where he met his wife, Senait. Together, they have four children, ranging in age from 8 to 21, and are deeply involved in the family business. Senait, originally from Eritrea, has a passion for cooking and often shares her country’s coffee, tea, and baked goods at the local Saturday market. In the summers, the McKee family loves spending their evenings cooling off at the lake. Todd, who also coaches varsity boys' basketball at Joseph High School, is committed to continuously improving Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals by enhancing communication, refining systems, and elevating the guest experience.
Andy is the youngest of the seven McKee siblings. With his wife Vanessa, they wouldn’t want to raise their two kids anywhere else than Wallowa County. Andy is deeply involved in the community, coaching his daughter's softball team, and partnering with Todd to coach Joseph’s high school boys basketball. At dawn, he might be teaching someone to fly. In his downtime, he loves horseback riding with his daughter and wilderness adventures with his son. Passionate about family and community, Andy has meticulously designed each unit to offer travelers a unique, authentic Wallowa County experience.

Unlike other places, we boast to be the best family-run short stay accommodation in the county by providing everything you need! We ensure you are able to make a cup of tea the moment you walk in… or shower after a long journey using our towels and toiletries provided.
We have even challenged ourselves to ensure you have all the utensils required to cook a full blown roast dinner should you want too, of course if you do this, be sure to invite us over 😉
