Cleaners Needed

Are you a meticulous and reliable cleaner with a knack for keeping your own home spotless? We're looking for individuals to join our team as independent contractors, offering a flexible schedule, a pay rate exceeding $30 per hour, and the opportunity to bring your kids along while you work.

 

Job Details:

Position: Independent Contractor - Vacation Rental Cleaner

 

Pay: $30+ per hour

 

Schedule: Flexible (Choose your workdays, commit to at least 5 days a week and 1 weekend day)

 

Benefits:

• Christmas bonus based on the number of units cleaned and positive reviews received

• Child-friendly work environment (you can bring your kids)

• Cleaning supplies, commercial washer, and dryer facilities provided

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean vacation rental units with full kitchens

• Cleaning rates range from $60 to $220, depending on unit size

• Additional $10 payment for each pet-friendly unit cleaned

• Make beds

• Thoroughly clean kitchens and bathrooms

• Wash, dry, and refold laundry using provided commercial washer and dryer

• Restock units with essentials (toilet paper, etc.)

• Clean floors

• Ensure the unit is fully prepared for the next guests, meeting high cleanliness standards

 

Work Hours:

• Cleanings generally occur between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm

• Flexibility to start early if guests leave ahead of schedule

 

Seasonal Work:

• Busy season: June to September

• Slower seasons: April, May, October

• Remaining months are relatively slow

 

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to maintain high cleanliness standards

• Ability to commit to a flexible schedule

• No previous professional cleaning experience required; experience in maintaining your own home is sufficient

• Child-friendly and able to bring kids to work
