Todd & Andy McKee, The McKee Brothers, own and operate the Litch Hotel which is part of Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals. They both live in Wallowa County, near Enterprise and are available to assist in person if a need arises.
The historic Litch Hotel is located on the corner of Main Street and River Street in Downtown Enterprise. Enterprise is generally quieter and slower paced than its more famous neighbor Joseph. Many guests that stay at the Litch Hotel have noted their appreciation for this feature of the location. Joseph is a short 10 minute drive away making it a convenient access point to the many outdoor adventures that our guests plan to enjoy during their visit to Wallowa County and the Eagle Caps.

In the rear of the unit away from the street is a large bedroom with a comfortable king size bed.

Up a short flight of stairs to the sleeping mezzanine. A comfortable king size bed awaits along with a work desk and chair and a view of the kitchen Livingroom area.

A large bathroom with tile floors and a rain shower inside a large stand up tiled shower. A vanity and large sink and lit mirror provide more than enough space for make up application.
☆☆ KITCHEN, LOUNGE & DINING ☆☆
The kitchen is well appointed. New appliances and new quartz countertops provide ample of food prep space. Appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker, blender and toaster help make the kitchen meet every guests needs. 16 spices and cooking oil ensure your meals will be full of flavor. A sufficiently sized kitchen table along with 4 dining chairs allows for a comfortable dining experience using locally handmade plates, bowls and coffee cups. The kitchen opens into a living room space that provides a comfortable leather sofa facing a 75 in HD flat screen smart TV.
☆☆ OUTSIDE THE SPACE ☆☆
The front door opens to a large hallway that provides access to 5 other vacation rentals. There are 2 ways to access the the 2nd floor. First, you can enter through the lobby which is located on the corner of Main St. and River St. 2nd there is a double set of doors at the end of the building on River St. Outside, your just a short walk away from several eating establishments and just a short drive away from the Wallowa Lake and the many outdoor opportunities that the Eagle Caps offer. There is plenty of on street parking for guests in the block surrounding the Litch Hotel. Guests rarely report having to walk more than a block to secure parking.
There are several parking spaces in front of the Litch Hotel and plentiful free on-street parking adjacent to the building.
UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES
NOISE CONSIDERATIONS:
INTER-UNIT NOISE: The Litch Hotel is over 110 years old and does not have the soundproofing found in more modern structures. You will hear noise from adjacent occupied units and we ask that you are mindful of the noise you make as well especially when walking around your unit as there maybe guests directly below you. We ask guests to consider taking their shoes off when in the unit to help both with noise transfer and to help keep the floors clean.
CONSTRUCTION NOISE: Please be aware that active construction is ongoing in the Litch Hotel building Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. While most of our guests are out exploring during these hours, if you plan to remain in the unit during the day, please be prepared for potentially loud noise depending on the day’s activities.
PETS: All ground floor units at the Litch are pet friendly. All 2nd floor units, including this one are not pet friendly.
CHECK-IN: Contactless check-in after 3:00 PM. Early check-in options available:
COMPLIMENTARY: Call between 12:30 and 1:00 PM on your arrival day for early access if the unit is fully prepped.
GUARANTEED: Pre-arrange early check-in for $15/hour starting as early as 1:00 PM.
CHECK-OUT: Required by 11:00 AM; late check-out sometimes available at $15/hour.
NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited within the condo.
PARTIES: Require prior approval.
QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
BEDS: Feature medium-firm memory foam mattresses. The majority of guests love our mattresses but occasionally guests find them too firm for comfort. We have a limited number of softer mattress toppers available upon request.
SECURITY: We have security cameras monitoring the hallways on the exterior side of this condo.
STAIRS: Although this is a 2nd floor unit, because the height of the ceilings on the first floor are so high, the number of steps you must climb (30) to access your unit are similar to accessing a typical 3rd floor.
WASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat about 2 blocks away.
