Eagle Cap Farms is located about 1 mile off of highway 82 between Enterprise and Joseph at the end of a gravel road. The nearest home on the gravel road is about 3/4 of a mile away. The house provides the solitude of not being too close to other houses and being on a large piece of property while still being 10 minutes or less from Joseph or Enterprise.

A comfortable king size bed awaits in a spacious space with clothing storage and a view of the main level. ☆☆ BATHROOM ☆☆ A large bathroom with tile floors and a rain shower inside a large stand up tiled shower. A large sink and lit mirror with an additional counter space and lit mirror provides more than enough space for make up application. ☆☆ KITCHEN, LOUNGE & DINING ☆☆ The kitchen is well appointed. New appliances and new quartz countertops provide ample of food prep space. Appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker, blender and toaster help make the kitchen meet every guests needs. 16 spices and olive oil ensure your meals will be full of flavor. Enjoy eating on our locally hand made plates, bowls and coffee cups. The kitchen opens into a living room space that provides a comfortable leather sofa and two large leather chairs facing a large HD flat screen smart TV. ☆☆ OUTDOOR SPACE ☆☆ The outdoor space is amazing. A large fenced in yard with grass and a concrete patio with Adirondack chairs to sit and watch the Eagle Caps. From the patio watch the plentiful deer as well as the occasional coyote or elk as well as the plentiful birds of prey including owls near dusk. Enjoy the Wallowa River on the back of the property as well as all of our animals on the farm including aplacas, Nigerian pigmy goats and chickens.

UNIT DETAILS & POLICIES PET-FRIENDLY UNIT NOTICE: Our unit welcomes guests with and without pets. While many visitors without pets have a great stay, we want to remind everyone that we cannot guarantee a completely dander-free environment. This may affect individuals with dog or cat allergies. PET POLICIES FOR GUESTS WITH PETS: NUMBER OF PETS: A maximum of 3 pets allowed per reservation. Notify us at booking or as soon as possible if there are any changes. PET FEE: A non-refundable fee of $30 per night per pet is required, including for ESAs. This fee will be billed separately about a week before your visit. BEHAVIOR AND ACCOMMODATIONS: Pets must be leashed outside of the yard if there is a danger of them harassing our animals off leash. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds, and must not be left unattended in the unit unless crated. CLEANUP: Owners must clean up after their pets; supplies are provided under the kitchen sink for indoor mishaps. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY: Guests are financially responsible for any damage or incidents caused by their pets. Owners will not be held liable for injuries or damages. WASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat nearby in downtown Joseph. ROAD: Please note the farmhouse is a mile down a dusty gravel/dirt road with potholes. 2 wheel drives will do fine accessing the unit but it isn't smooth asphalt. CHECK-IN: Contactless after 3:00 PM. Early check-in options available: COMPLIMENTARY: Call between 12:30 and 1:00 PM on your arrival day for potential early access. GUARANTEED: Pre-arrange early check-in for $15/hour starting as early as 1:00 PM. CHECK-OUT: Required by 11:00 AM; late check-out available at $15/hour. NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited within the condo. PARTIES: Require prior approval. BEDS: Feature medium-firm memory foam mattresses. The majority of guests love our mattresses but occasionally guests find them too firm for comfort. We have a limited number of softer mattress toppers available upon request. WORKING FARM: This property is an active working farm. Daily farm activities, including feeding the animals, will occur during your stay. We strive to minimize any disruptions these activities might cause. SECURITY CAMERAS: For your safety and security, the property is equipped with a motion-activated video doorbell at the entrance and an external camera facing the driveway. These are the only areas monitored for your privacy and protection. POND AND RIVER SAFETY: Please note that our property features a pond and proximity to a river. For your safety, guests should exercise caution around these areas. The property owners assume no liability for accidents or injuries related to the use of the pond and river. There was for a container of treats in the house that you can take to feed them. This vacation rental is by far the most dog friendly that I've stayed at. The dog bed, blanket, ball, treats, poo bags, and food / water bowls was incredibly thoughtful! I love that the kitchen and bathroom cabinet hardware has tiny dog prints.
